The Grange is a stunning Georgian Bath stone manor house set in a peaceful pocket of the North Bristol countryside. The brief was to design wall mounted artworks sympathetic to the history of the building and the surrounding area, whilst creating a focal talking point for the hotel’s customers.
For the restaurant we designed and installed a multi plate artwork with no visible fixings which was painted in situ by one of our artists. The image is of the iconic 200 year old cedar tree that sits in the hotel’s gardens.
The art wall consisting of Regency corbels with Bath stone placed on top was made to reflect the hotel’s architectural history.
